What this site collects

The site uses PostHog to see how people use it: which pages you visit, what you click, how far you scroll, and recordings of the session. Password, email and phone fields are hidden in those recordings. PostHog sets a cookie and records your browser type and approximate location from your IP address.

I use this to make the site better. I don't try to identify individual visitors.

Email and phone

If you email or call, I keep the message so I can reply and keep track of the work. I don't add anyone to a mailing list.

The free tools

The older tools under /tools send what you paste or upload to a server to process it, and some send it to an AI model (Google Gemini, through Lovable's AI gateway) to produce the result. The site doesn't save what you send. The AI provider handles it under its own terms, so don't upload anything confidential.

Google account access

K.AI Consulting's Google Cloud app connects only to my own Google account. It creates draft emails in my Gmail for me to review and send. It isn't offered to anyone else and never accesses anyone else's account.

Use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. That data isn't sold, shared, or used to train AI models.

Who else sees data

I don't sell personal information or share it with advertisers. Data goes only to the services that run the site: Lovable and Cloudflare for hosting, Supabase for the tools, and PostHog for analytics.

Your choices

Blocking cookies or using a content blocker stops the analytics. To have a message or anything else deleted, email kai@kaiconsulting.ai.
